You are looking at a 2003 Toyota Tacoma SR5 TRD pickup. This truck is four-wheel drive and has a manual transmission. Mechanically the truck is fine, since owning it I have replaced all of the spark plugs, changed out the valve cover gaskets, changed the center support bearing, and the connecting yoke to the center support bearing. I have changed the oil in this truck every three thousand miles and just changed ALL of the transmission fluids out three thousand miles ago (little to no metal flakes in the fluid). Four-wheel drive has always engaged with no problems. Power windows, power locks, A/C, and heater work along with the aftermarket radio. This truck gets pretty good mileage, I average about 20-24 MPG when driving to work and around town. I have never raced this truck and have only went on very easy off-road trails and fire roads with it (no rock crawling). Campershell does come with the truck (the dome light is not wired but the brake light is and one of the locks doesn’t work all the time) along with a few extra goodies (headlight bulb, tail gate liner (to prevent dust and water from getting into the truck when the gate is closed), extra set of keys and a wooden sleeping platform I built for the bed of the truck). There are a few cons to this truck, the paint is not in the best condition, it looks like the previous owner tried to do a spray can paint job to the truck and failed miserably (could be a good thing though, don’t have to worry about ruining your paint or waxing the truck constantly), the interior is a little rough as well. The driver’s seat has two tears in it, not huge but noticeable. Finally, the truck has mud tires on it (only a year old) which causes some vibration and sound. I recently went to Big O tire for a balance and alignment and they confirmed that the vibration is from the mud tires and how they are wearing. Other than that the truck is amazing and I wish I did not have to sell it but I have no need for two trucks. I still have the ruck financed so if a deal is reached, I will need to go to the back to pay off the loan (with my own money) Getting the title will take 3 days, then we can exchange the money and the title.
