Description: Selling a nice used Chevy Silverado Duramax 2500 HD. Truck is a great running work truck! No Mechanical Issues at all. I was bullet proofing this truck as it is my daily driver work truck. Pull goosenecks and trailers for my company. Very well maintained with all receipts of work done and oil changes.
Pros: Brand new Cooper STT Pro tires installed by Discount Tire with road hazard warranty for life of all four tires. I have also, had injectors done twice since I owned the truck with the most recent ones put in around 2019. The 2nd time they were done I purchased a set of 8 all new OEM Bosh injectors from Lincoln Diesel Specialties with warranty and master install kit purchased on 07/11/2022. All new high pressure fuel return lines replaced as well as the fuel tank dropped, and all fuel lines flushed. Truck has a lot of upgrades including: aftermarket water pump, Air Dog lift pump and water separator, New CP3 fuel pump, aftermarket CAT fuel filter, transmission range sensor replaced, aftermarket power steering pump, aftermarket starter, Interstate batteries, aftermarket 100% silicone radiator hoses in lime green, upgraded heavy duty Sinister diesel alternator. All the front end has been replaced this year. Including: upper control arms, lower ball joints, all inner and outer tie rods, pitman arm and idler arm replaced and fresh Rancho shocks on front and rear. New steering gear box installed. Aftermarket front and rear slotted and drilled brake rotors with severe duty towing brake pads. New cv axles. New wheel hubs on both sides. Aftermarket ATS diesel high-capacity rear end differential cover filled with Royal purple rear end lubricant. New serpentine belt and idler pulley installed. Straight pipe exhaust. Aftermarket AFE air intake system. PPE billet aluminum air bleeder valve for fuel housing. Trailer brake system. PPE billet aluminum boost increase valve. New transmission harness and transfer case harness and fuse box. Replaced both transmission filters. Gooseneck ball built into bed. Kenwood touchscreen stereo installed. Truck has never been chipped. I will give new owner my receipt book with all work done to it.
Cons: Has a small transmission leak that I have battled with for a while now. I put all new transmission seals in it. But it is still leaking. Transmission shifts perfect and does not get hot ever, so I just top it off every week with Dex 6 tranny fluid and keep an eye on it. Does have some cosmetic damage to hood, bumper and windshield. Minor wear and tear on driver seat and small dings here and there on body.
Truck will NOT come with headache rack or toolbox. I will remove all vinyl letters for the buyer if we come to an agreement.
I hate to part with this truck, but I am upgrading my 2018 Duramax and need the extra money. The money I put into this truck is well over $20,000. I know I will not get that back, but someone will get a super reliable work truck ready to rock! This will be a great work truck for someone. Super reliable and plenty of power. It has never gotten hot on me.
