Boat seats or around the pool

I have 2 of these. 2 people facing forward and 2 people facing to the rear. All new marine plywood and hardware. I have all of the original cushions with the original material pieces still together. Just don’t have time to sew everything together. Very nice for a boat or back yard sitting area around pool. I have 200 invested just trying to get some of the investment back.
