roof mount 4 ton natural gas/ 220 v hvac unit. uses R 22. purchased used from El paso craigs list and was told it was working when removed. will not be using on my remodel so need to sell. unit is about 4 foot wide, 6 foot long. very heavy but currently on pallets on ground so possible three strong guys can load. can't help with loading unfortunately due to age. located in boles acres. actually have two 4 ton units for sale. hard to see name of manufacturers because of sun baked, your choice on which one you want. both same size. please talk to an hvac guy about the cost of R22 and potential costs from units sitting so long. want to trade a vehicle or trailer? will consider that or trading for rough in plumbing work. ,
