Craftsman/ Home renovation expert

If you are looking for a "home" and want to work give me a call. You will need a truck with racks and all tools . A car wont work. Total gut and remodel on homes to be done by YOU. Licensed professionals as needed to be hired as needed.
You can start first thing tomorrow if you qualify.
1. Must have truck with racks.
2. Must be able to work unsupervised most of the time.
3. Must be able to read plans

6. must have smart phone. For daily tasks and to take pics of work started and completed with a report daily.
