Riding mower

This is a Monkey Wards mower. Signature 2000. Year #1842. A vintage machine. JK.
Has two new front tires and battery. Tires on back hold air and are fair to good.
I have had some work done to this unit to make operational. Mechanically it is working: the Pto-blades, choke, gas and drive.
Last time I used it (2 years ago) it ran out of gas. At this time I was thru using it for season.
I drained the gas what was lieft in the line.
Went to start it for next season and would not start. Put a little gasoliine in carburater and still would not start. It cranks but won't turnover.
I have since bought another machine and don't need this.
