Brand is "Wheeldock Chock" and comes with rachet straps for the wheel and straps for above. Lightly used.
Listed on their website for chock, hardware and straps would be $39211.
I used it in toyhauler but sold the trailer so don't need anymore.
These mount to wood. I had it mounted to fiberboard on toyhauler floor and they held very well.
Unique design just ride into it and it automatically locks front wheel, get off and then strap the wheel to chock. Then strap handle bars or whatever to secure.
Comes with mounting bolts, straps and one set of wheel spacers for different tire widths (all sold seperately on their website).
I have anouther one at same price. If needed.
