I have a GE stove and a vent hood of uncertain make. These were both working fine when removed for a remodel job. They do need some cleaning as they are dusty from storage and also were not cleaned up much prior to removing. There is a spot on the top that something was burned on, but it did not affect operation, and it may come off with a good cleaning. I would like $250 OBO for them together. May be willing to separate.
