AS IS WHERE IS... this bike is really a project and it's not ready to ride but with a battery it will run but the carburetors need some work but it starts every time. I have rode it very short distance. $1,000 with a clean title or trade it for another vehicle preferably something older like a 77 thunderbird bird or maybe a roller.
