Part time maintenance position available at an apartment complex. 25 hours a week (Can lead to a full time position in the future) Starting pay $18-$19 per hour depending on experience. Plumbing and HVAC experience is a HUGE plus!
Prior maintenance experience preferred, knowledge in drywall repairs, installing kitchen faucets, bathroom sinks, angle stops, minor repairs throughout apartments, and the upkeep and repair of buildings and property.
