This is a 7 watt electric oil aromatherapy diffuser.
It has a turn on/off switch on the cord.
It was tested, worked fine.
The first picture shows the bottom portion housing with the lamp.
The second picture shows the top plate where you pour the oil into or place a round oil core of the oil of your choosing. You can purchase the oils online or at Walmart.
This came from an ESTATE, it was wrapped in bubble pack, it may have been used, but looks brand new.
These cost $23.52 + tax = $25.50 at Walmart in store to $27.50 + tax = $29.70 at Home Depot instore. There are more expensive ones at places costing up to $49.99 + tax.
